Note: The lowest working temperature of scale body can be down to -40℃ according to user’s demand
Features of digital truck scales
1. Numeral transformation technology and compensation
●The Inner part of the weighing load cell contains module conversion device and CPU processing unit.
● Auto-compensation with digital technology to the parameter of load cell such as non-linearity, temperature, etc.
● Free of calibrating for the scale if the load cells are replaced.
2. With the calibrating and digital technology, bias-load (four corners) calibration of the truck scale can be completed only once.
3. Digital communications technology
● The central line structure can be used by several weighing load-cells (up to 32) in the same system.
● RS485 interface is used and long-distance signal transmission is possible, with the transmission distance not less than 1000m.
● Output signal at 3~4V strengthens the capability of anti-interference and lightening protection of the system.
4. Intelligent technology
● The parameter of the load cell can be changed according to the orders.
● Different wave-filtering ways can be adopted according to different situations.
5. Module, standard and series scale body, multiunit assembly
6. Digital load cell of full-sealing column and laser-welded stainless steel, with accuracy of C3, strong water-proof and anti-corrosive function
